Now it's a done deal - the roof must be new.
Although several people have seen and we have assumed that one of the few holes that are available can still stuff it has to be renewed earlier than planned. At least then, some ever-emerging problems are solved.

to the balconies: they should be sealed so that the walls sometimes have a chance to dry. The balcony gets the front of the house so a gradient in the completely opposite direction and the second balcony on the side of a roof is installed.
