we have a long time. I try to put together the last few years .. First was
it just fun, we have started early in our relationship to look for nice homes, but we have never seen. We have searched a lot of expensive homes, which has two levels and overlooking the green. Apartments to buy and rent, in Bremen and rough environment.
As was clear then that we eventually want to get out to the country in a big house, we tried to rest houses, farms and houses with land. Only for what we are looking for? What do we want?
first A house - not too small, so that you have much lighter and ne holiday or apartment. For guests, boyfriend or later, (in law) mama; 2)
1,000 sqm garden not enough! After it was clear that the vision of Archehof is nothing that we can compliance never, ever (Farm in the main or second job, per hectare max 500kg live weight animal) should be on the new court is now at least farming possible. And it requires space!

5th and in reasonable distance to Bremen located
We looked at beautiful old three-farms, small farms were where no floors in place and you almost fell into the cellar, houses that you could not see out of sheer nettles and Häuslingshäuser cute charm. Houses with beautiful pictures in the exposé, which in reality were not at all so pretty ...
Something was always wrong. Often it was the location - only 30km to Bremen, you stick forever to decay or seller who remain live directly next to you. In some houses, the heart beat faster, but the situation was not what we imagined.
Then I did my degree and found a surprise in Bremen work. I was now much unterwgs and worked with children, nature and animals, so we persuaded a small house with a garden would be sufficient. Everything else I've at work;)
We have many Houses viewed from the outside, but also times when we were in an inside, and around residential, small airfield near Bremen was not far back to me suddenly aware that this will not be living the way I want.
Then came the search continues for larger objects, and since I worked in a lot of time to Bremerhaven, we expanded our search area in the north to the motorway 27th
We then came home. Priced in, very much living space (too much?) - But three separate flats possible (who would probably move out there, would the environment attract tourists?) - A leased house (good for finance!) - Green space - Sandy Area for horses - three horse stalls, a small animal barn. What more could you want?
After the visit we were very excited as I was, however, the 3-week continuous use in the school hostel, were neither a call nor any plans possible.
The house was the best we had seen in a while. Some shortcomings were obvious, but the rest fit somehow. The distance to Bremen was greater than our initial maximum limit, but you drive highway and in ner good half to 3 / 4 hour in Bremen.
addition, it was clear that I am out of work soon ..
So how should we choose?
